St. Joseph High School junior and b-flat clarinet player Eva Palmer made Senior High First Band,Third Chair at the Arkansas School Band and Orchestra Association Region IX Senior High All-Region Band Tryouts at Dover, AR on January 11. This qualifies her to tryout for the Arkansas All-State Band in February.
