University of Central Arkansas President, Dr. Houston Davis, spoke to a gathering of St. Joseph High School juniors and seniors on Monday. He spoke about the challenges before them, the choices they'll make, and lauded them for their grit in adjusting to the obstacles three years of COVID presented.
