At St. Joseph Elementary, our kindergarten Bulldogs have been learning all about the five senses! "Students spent time exploring each sense, as well as the ways we are able to use them. They learned about the famous figures Helen Keller and Ray Charles, and how they were able to still be remarkable without some of their senses. We ended our learning making our own potato heads and labeling each sense," explained Mr. Bailey, Kindergarten Teacher. Great job, Bulldogs! #FaithLearningLiving

Save the Date! St. Joseph Interact Club is having a Veterans Day program on November 11 at 9:00 AM in the Spiritan Center Dining Room to honor those who have served in the armed forces. Today, we are proud to recognize St. Joseph Middle School 5th grader Caleb Williams! Caleb was selected for Congressman French Hill's 2025-2026 Future Leaders Council, and he attended his first meeting in September. The Future Leaders Council is a program presented by Congressman Hill, where approximately 30 fifth graders from the 2nd Congressional District meet four times year to discuss the legislative process, Constitution, and federalism. For his application, Caleb wrote a piece of legislation about kindness in which consequences for being unkind for children is loss of recess and other privileges and punishment for adults would be loss of income. Way to go, Caleb! #FaithLearningLiving

St. Joseph Elementary and Preschool had special guests yesterday -- the Conway Fire Department! The students were very excited, and we are so thankful for the fun ways the Conway firemen teach our students about fire safety! #FaithLearningLiving

On Friday, October 3, Fr. Daniel Wendel visited the Elementary campus to help us celebrate the Feast Day of St. Francis, patron saint of animals. The Preschool & Elementary students held up their their favorite stuffed animal for a special blessing. #FaithLearningLiving

Yesterday, St. Joseph Elementary 1st-3rd graders had a blast attending the performance of "The Magic School Bus: Lost in Space" at UCA! #FaithLearningLiving

4th grade FUN and LEARNING in their hearing-enhancing device science lab! "We have been studying the engineering design process. Using both creativity and scientific knowledge, they designed devices that allowed them to hear farther away, hear behind them, or hear more clearly," commented Mrs. Gooch, 4th Grade Teacher. Our Elementary and Middle School has kicked off another year of Saints in the Making, a character-building program that encourages a deep spiritual connection to our faith and Church while helping students see how everyday people can be saint-like!
